365 Performance strength and conditioning staff is qualified and professional. All strength coaches are certified through the National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA).

Jonathan Eng - Manager of 365 Performance and Head Coach,MSc., CSCS, RSCC, USA-W level 1, USA Hockey Coach Level 4
Jonathan Eng has been with 365 Performance since May 2012 as the Manager. In addition simultaneously serving as the Director of Sport Performance of the Colorado Rampage who trains at 365 Performance.
He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and the USA Weightlifting Association as a Sports Performance Coach Level 1. In 2009 he received his Bachelor of Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University (Langley, British Columbia, Canada) and received his Masters of Science in Sports Medicine in the Strength and Conditioning Track from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in May 2013.
While attending Trinity Western University, he was a strength and conditioning intern from 2007-2009 under head strength and conditioning coach Andrew Heming. Following Jon’s internship, he became the head strength and conditioning coach in 2010 at Columbia Bible College. During his tenure, he had the opportunity to help the men’s volleyball program to a Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association National Championship in Spring of 2011. Between 2011-2012, Jon interned with the Colorado College Tigers (NCAA Division III), Colorado State Pueblo Thunderwolves (NCAA Division II) and Colorado Rampage AAA Hockey Club. In addition Jon has completed practicums at Air Force Academy and Colorado Orthopedic Center of Excellence.
Over his coaching career Jon has worked in both team and individual settings with basketball, hockey, soccer, golf, softball, swimming, lacrosse, volleyball, football, track & field, figure skating and tennis. Jon has worked with hockey athletes who compete in the United States Hockey League, North American Hockey League, Western Hockey League, United States Priemer Hockey League, NCAA Division I and III, professional hockey and figure skating from pre-juvenile to senior including Olympic caliber skaters. Also he has extensive experience working as a personal trainer and kinesologist with both female and male clients ages 15 to 50 years old with Coastal Fitness (Langley/Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada).
Growing up Jon was involved in hockey from the age of 6 as a goalie, coach and referee. Jon is originally from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada and has lived in Colorado Springs area since August 2011.
Kevin Gregory - MS,CSCS, RSCC
Kevin Gregory is a strength & conditioning coach with over 19 years of experience. Kevin received his is Bachelor of Arts from Westmont College in Santa Barbra, CA, and his Masters Degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ.
Before joining the 365 Performance team, Coach Kevin was the Director of Football Performance at Santa Barbra City College. He has a passion for coaching kids and helping them become the best athletes possible
Justin Walters - MS, CSCS
Coach Justin is new to the Colorado area. He previously worked for the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee as a strength & conditioning coach before joining 365 Performance. He has experience working for the Tom Landry Center, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Stars, and Chicago Cubs.
Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Sports Management. He also has a USA Hockey level 4 coaching certification along with a USA level 1 coaching certification and over 19 years of coaching experience.
